RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Please allow 5-7 Business days for orders to ship. We will try to ship ASAP but we are a small two-person operation so we appreciate your patience!

Return/Exchange Policy:

What is your return policy?
If you don't like your items (say what now?) or they don't fit (Oh no!), you can submit your return within 7 days of the date the items arrival to your home for a refund (we will go by the delivery date marked on the provided tracking we issued at shipping). Any items returned 8-30 days of the date of delivery will receive STORE CREDIT! Sorry but as a Small Business we cannot accept any returns after 30 days!

Please make sure to include your original order number along with your return!

* Refunds of items returned AFTER 7 days are always issued as STORE CREDIT. (We do recommend getting a tracking number so there is proof of shipment in case your item takes longer to arrive to us due to shipping delays
* We do not refund initial shipping costs and return shipping costs are YOUR responsibility.
* We are a two-person operation and it can take up to 7 BUSINESS days to issue your refund/store credit once your return is received. We appreciate your patience in advance!
* Products may be returned ONLY if they're in the original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with the tags still attached. Swimwear, intimates, accessories, and sale items are NOT eligible for a return.
* If the return does NOT fall within the guidelines above (worn, sent after 30 days etc) we WILL NOT SHIP THE ITEM BACK TO YOU AT OUR EXPENSE. We will offer you the chance to receive the item back but YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING COSTS!
 
Can I exchange something for something else?

Need a different size? While we cannot guarantee that we will have the item you may need in the new size, you are more than welcome to email us at help.bmorerebelrebel@gmail.com for assistance!!

What if my item is damaged?

We carefully inspect each item as it arrives to us and before it ships out to you, but if we missed something we greatly apologize!! Please send clear photos of the damaged item with your order number AS SOON AS POSSIBLE (if after 7 days of receipt we cannot refund you) with DAMAGED in the subject line to HELP.BMOREREBELREBEL@GMAIL.COM so we can take care of you!!

Can I cancel my order?

Please make sure you’re really ready for these bad ass clothes in your life before you hit that place order button!! We generally try to ship things out ASAP so the short answer is NO. If you want the long answer feel free to email help.bmorerebelrebel@gmail.com
